Let me just start off by saying the service was AMAZING. I wish I could remember his name but he was a young guy probably mid 20s, tall, slim. But he was on top of everything, not a single mistake was made. It was quick our drinks were never empty. The food was delicious, I had Enchiladas Suizas - White Queso on top of the Enchiladas instead of anything else. It was AMAZING. The bill was $51 for three people, which for a nice Mexican Restaurant like that is pretty reasonable!! I'm from New Orleans and we are in town visiting family, but I'm not gonna lie, every time we are up here now we will definitely be making a stop at La Hacienda. I may even try to convince them to go again before we leave this weekend!

This place is absolutely stellar. We have been visiting La Hacienda in Florence AL for 20+ years and still delicious food, very nice folks, always checking on you to make sure you have chips and salsa etc... Last nights food was sooo delicious. I ordered the Fajita Jalisco and my Larry chicken and rice we also had Cheese Dip and had to get to go plates cause absolutely not leaving this food its just tooooo good. We also NOTICED a rating of 94 as we were checking out. So cannot wait till we go back. Also TVS to watch as we watched the IRON BOWL!!

Our fav go to place!!! No other mexican food touches it. The owner is hands-on in customer satisfaction.. Great place for the entire family. Great margaritas also 😊

The food was hot, fast, and delicious. My only criticism is they mostly have small booths, so it's not really a good option if you have more than 4 people or people that don't fit the statistical norm in your party.

Normally, we eat at Casa Mexicana but yesterday we decided to try somewhere we've never been. After hearing lots of good things about "LaHa" over the years, we dropped in for lunch. I had the Chili Colorado and she had the chicken taco salad. The service was great, the prices were very competitive, and the food was great! Overall, we're glad we tried LaHa. It won't replace Casa but we will definitely be back here again.

This is a great Mexican restaurant the staff is very friendly and the food came very fast. Our waiter was good at keeping our drinks filled and Chip basket filled. The cheese dip is to die for some of the best I've ever tasted.

Hugo, takes care of everyone. The atmosphere is casual and fun. The food is consistently fantastic. Hugo's staff are the best. They care, they remember you and they make you want to come back.

Great place for authentic Hispanic cuisine. Our waiter was Carlos. He made our visit fun with his quick wit and great customer service. The food was delicious. We'll go back when we're in the area.

The fajitas were incredible. Environment is comfortable and authentic. The service was top notch. We really enjoy our lunch visits and our first time for a Sunday dinner did not disappoint. My wife child and myself had a nice experience.

Very friendly staff & atmosphere! Some of the staff have been here since I started coming about 13 years ago & they always seem to remember my face even when I go a year or so without stopping in. Their beef is great quality. They are very consistent with their food. My wife's margarita didn't taste wasn't blended as well as some places make it, however the upside is it did seem to have more alcohol which is great as a consumer. A lot of stiff competition in town, but I occasionally like to support them since they've been around for a while.

Classic Mexican American fare. Great prices and good food. Hugo is the man, and his staff is always on point.

My carry out order was slightly wrong.. But I called and explained and they apologized multiple times and was so nice about it.! They told me my new food would be ready for pick up in 15 mins. And told me I can keep the original order.!

Service was very slow, bathrooms did not have a baby changing table. Both of those add for a rough experience when dining with children. Food was fine but can get the same thing other places that are quicker and more convenient.

Food was excellent. Very clean inside. Knowledgeable staff that gave top notch service. Extensive menu and fair prices. Great family fun. We go often and are never disappointed.

This Mexican restaurant is ok but several of the dishes taste the same,not much variety. One visit my husband and I ( we are seniors) order the giant margarita to share. I swear I could not taste any alcohol! I really believe they thought we would get drunk on it not be able to drive home. Maybe they meant well but it was not their decision to make. I was watching the waiter and I think he was snickering about it. I wished I confronted him. I don't know if there will be a next time.

First time coming here, got what was called a “Benjy.” If you haven’t tried it before (it’s not on the menu), just ask for it. It was SO good.

Hugo and family are great people. His salsa verde is the absolute BEST! Get a benji with shrimp and pineapple. It’s not on the menu. Thank me later

This is the best Mexican restaurant in Florence, Al. They have hands down the best Margaritas. I only wish they had better chips, instead of the halfed tortilla shells. Expect a wait time during dinner hours because this is a popular spot for locals.

I've eaten here for years. As always, the food is ok, service is ok,and restaurant is clean. It's just an ok place to eat.

My husband and I eat at La Hacienda at least once a week! They have the best prices, great service, and the BEST food! We love it here! We have always had great things to say about La Hacienda!

First lets say this is not the first time the food was not good, however, I thought I'd try again and give them another chance. The beans looked and tasted like they had been sitting for days and reheated over and over, rice was extremely dry and hard, burrito was chewy....cashier was very nice.

Very busy, but well worth the wait, food was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient.
